Discovery

During a 30-minute free consultation with a member of our team we will:

  • Learn about you and your organization
  • Share who we are and what we do
  • Understand the basics of your digital footprint, pain points, and desired opportunities for change.
  • Assess your organization’s website for Google Grant readiness
  • Determine how our services can benefit your organization


DELIVERABLE:    An executable scope of work agreement with areas of emphasis, projected goals, timeline, and budget.

Investigate

Once we have chosen to partner, we are eager to get our proverbial hands dirty learning the details of your situation.    This typically takes about 60-90 days in order to collect a meaningful data set of audience activity.  During this investigation phase we will: 

  • Assess your current digital presence, including approach to SEO capabilities 
  • Analyze search data from Google to understand how people are currently trying to find you. 
  • Review your website analytics for acquisition and engagement insights. 
  • Collect and review all your physical location profiles in Google 


DELIVERABLE:   A preliminary report of findings that summarizes your strengths and opportunities for improvement, including low-hanging fruit of actionable steps.   Report includes summary and analysis of data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profiles, as applicable. 


Set the Table

After reaching a shared understanding of the results of the investigation phase and a consensus on the insights and conclusions we’ve reached, then we prepare to implement a Let’s do this! Once a commitment has been secured, we’ll get to work and:

  • Claim and account set-up for all Google Business profiles
  • Application and set-up of Google Ad Grant and Ads console (if in scope)
  • Any necessary integrations that may be needed to execute the project.
  • Establish management and meeting routines
  • Set up of reporting dashboard and training for relevant members of your team. 


DELIVERABLE:   A project plan and schedule for the remainder of the engagement (4-10 months, depending on the scope of work) with goals and key milestones defined. 


Manage & Measure

Our plan is in place and now it is game time.   Our experts will handle the day-to-day task execution to promote your organization across the Google ecosystem in Ads, Search, and Maps with your strategic direction on the key themes and messages relevant to your mission and the calendar.   We’ll report in regularly on established KPIs, real-time learnings, and recommended course corrections if needed.  A typical management routine looks something like:

  • Monthly project meetings for timely updates and ongoing planning
  • Weekly slate of Google Business profile posts 
  • Semi-monthly Google Ad campaigns to fully leverage the value of the $10,000 Ad Grant credits.
  • Monthly review of Google Business profile interactions, including review posts and Q&A
  • Just-in-time alerts to any potential negative audience interactions, such as a critical review. 
  • Monthly after-action and metrics review of Ad Campaigns, Business Profile Posts, Reviews, and Search data. 
  • Quarterly period-over-period growth and engagement analysis.
